The challenge
Xlamatic Sounds connects studios, engineers, producers, visual creators, and artists in one platform — but their WordPress site couldn't support the booking, membership, and registration workflows the business actually runs on. Studio bookings, event listings, and freelancer onboarding all needed custom logic no WordPress plugin stack could handle cleanly, and the team had no central dashboard to manage the business day to day.
